Find out how we are preparing for Brexit

How are your preparations going, do you feel the preparation’s you have made are sufficiently robust to meet the post transition trading requirements?

We are in a good state of preparedness to continue trading uninterrupted post transition. As an organisation we currently trade internationally with the incumbent knowledge of imports and exports.

Do you stock in the UK? If so (approximately) what levels of inventory (in months) are you currently holding to support the initial post transition period? If not, where do you stock, if at all?

Yes, our main warehouse is located in the UK. By the nature of our business we do not hold x months of stock unless this is requirement of an individual customer. Most of our stock is received and dispatched in a matter of days rather than months.

Do you stock in the EU? If so (approximately) what levels of inventory (in months) are you currently holding to support the initial post transition period? If not, where do you stock, if at all?

No, currently we do not hold stock in the EU.

How do you envisage the effects of new border / customs checks / delays will impact on your ability to manage the Azego account?

We plan to continue using our 3rd party courier service providers, such as DHL, to handle the physical movement of stock. As most stock comes to us from outside of the EU the impact should be minimised.

Are you aware of or do you anticipate any new trade regulations coming into force which will impact your ability to ship / supply goods to the UK?

No, as a UK based organisation we do not envisage any such regulations coming into place that will affect our trade with UK customers.

Do you envisage there being an impact on lead times to UK for your manufacturing / warehousing facility?

We do not currently envisage there being a significant impact on our stock movements as most imports are from outside of the UK and subsequent deliveries within the UK will be unaffected. We do have provision to obtain stock shipments early if any individual bottlenecks present themselves.
